Customer service is exquisite! The personal touch is evident in all they do. The expanded selection of sportswear, hats, baby wear, shirts, sweatshirts, etc. etc. etc. is wonderful. If you are looking for a personalized gift that is unique and has unending scads of quality work attached . . . visit SOAS in DeKalb. They have all sorts of ready to wear items and a huge selection of decals from all area schools just ready to be applied to the healthy selection of shirts etc. In all colors and sizes.... they also do specialty items... think birthday Christmas Halloween. Etc. Kudos to soas

I’ve always loved this place ever since I first started coming over there now that they have changed owners and everything. I still love it even more. I love the owner. I love her work and she keeps everybody informed for every single little thing and I love her work. I just can’t wait to post it up on Facebook with her designs and her shirts and hats and nevertheless, I love the employees there.

This business went above and beyond for me. The week of my wedding, I realized that the embroidered handkerchief for my dad was not going to arrive in time. SOAS not only embroidered me the handkerchief last minute, but the owner delivered it to my house the night before my wedding! The product was beautifully done and the custom service was incredible!

I can’t say enough great things about S.O.A.S! They’ve helped with several projects—from embroidering backpacks and lunchboxes to a big school fundraiser—and every experience has been fantastic. Their team is super friendly, helpful, and responsive, always making sure every detail is just right. The quality of both the vinyl printing and embroidery is excellent, and they always deliver on time. It’s clear that they really care about their customers and community, and Ashley takes such pride in her work. Ashley and her incredibly talented team created our sweatshirts, shirts, and embroidered items for our PTO. From start to finish the S.O.A.S. team worked with us on deciding on the materials, selection, shipping / store pickup options, pricing, website for the sale, and suggested duration for our fundraiser. Even before our sale started, we had confidence in their knowledge. Once it kicked off we ran low on some merch (great because we were selling out!) and the S.O.A.S. team jumped in and provided alternative options. Those sold even more successfully! Once the items arrived I was so impressed!!! The vinyl - I think that is what it is called :) - is such a high quality and has held up after many washes, the embroidered items are detailed and high quality! We are looking forward to partnering with them for years to come! What a gem of a business and team!!
